Hyperion Public Sector Planning and Budgeting (PSPB) is Oracle's first budgeting module specifically developed for the Public Sector. The City of Albuquerque is one of the first organizations to successfully implement Hyperion PSPB in the public sector and deliver their approved budget using it.
This 60-minute session provides an overview of the City of Albuquerque's successful implementation of Oracle Hyperion PSPB. Key agenda items will include:

Presenter Bios:
Gerald E. Romero - Budget Office for the City of Albuquerque
Gerald earned his BBA Finance and MA Economics degrees from the University of New Mexico, and has served the City of Albuquerque for 18 years. His past positions include Economic Analyst, Budget Analyst, Fiscal Manager for Family & Community Services, and Policy Analyst for City Council. Gerald currently holds the position of Budget Officer for the city.
Mark A. Sandoval - Acting Budget Officer for the City of Albuquerque
Mark received his Bachelors of Business Administration from the College of Santa Fe and has over 24 years of government financial experience. This includes 11 years with the State of New Mexico as a Financial Manager, Accounting and Systems Coordinator, and Financial Specialist. More recently, he has served 13 years with the City of Albuquerque as the Acting Budget Officer, Executive Budget Analyst, and Principal Accountant.
